Vaisala IceCast IcePager

The IcePager software is an add-on application to IceAlarm. It enables the alarms generated by IceAlarm to be forwarded using SMS to a GSM mobile phone or emailed to any devices able to receive e-mails. 

These alarm messages are either sent from the clients PC to: -

• the relevant mobile phones via a Westermo^TM GSM module connected to the PC using SMS,
• or sent from the clients PC to a supported SMTP mail server which then forwards the e-mails to the recipients.

If the client requires the alarm messages to be sent to several mobile phones / e-mail addresses the user can configure to which phones the SMS alarm messages are sent or which e-mail addresses are being used at any one time.

IcePager also includes a log of all messages sent, together with a test facility that enables the user to send any message they want to any mobile phone / e-mail address.
